Department of Education Stairway Foundation

As part of the Cybersafe program, Facebook collaborated with the Department of Education and Stairway Foundation to provide over 500 teachers nationwide with training and classroom resources on digital literacy for today’s 21st century learners. These teachers were provided access to Facebook's Digital Literacy Library containing interactive lessons on safety and privacy, online identity, and information literacy.

In partnership with Mano Academy Philippines, the annual Digital Youth Summit aims to arm student leaders and youth organizations across the Philippines with skills to safely navigate the internet and to run digital literacy campaigns in their local communities. The program has reached over 150 social innovators, community developers and tech enthusiasts, who share best practices and resources for their community campaigns.
